VEMO TPMS sensors: now in stock

The Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is now a mandated safety device as per EU regulations and MoT testing procedures. VEMO offers a potential sales opportunity with its quality range of TPMS sensors.

Effective 1st November 2014, all new cars in the EU must be supplied with a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS). This is now being tested as part of the MoT road worthiness test. Any vehicle that originally had a TPMS fitted as standard, will fail the MoT test if the TPMS has been removed or is found to be faulty. TPMS sensors are a safety device that monitor tyre pressure and are designed to alert the driver when there is an under-inflated tyre, increasing driver safety and minimising unnecessary wear and tear.

FPS now stocks VEMO TPMS sensors, a quality brand that offers tyre pressure sensors pre-programmed and ready to install. VEMO TPMS ready-2-go sensors, complete with seals, nuts, valve cores and valve caps, ensure a quick and convenient replacement. These high-quality sensors are protected by an anti-static packaging foil. The film is mixed with a special additive to prevent the sensors from electric charges and protect the programmed chip components inside.

Popular applications include Ford Mondeo, Fiesta, Focus; Audi A4, A6, Q7; Citroen C4, C5; Mazda 3, 5; Vauxhall Vectra, Signum; Renault Clio, Megane, Scenic and Volvo V70, S40 and C30.
