Lower call costs for FPS customers

0845 numbers are being phased out by the end of March 2017 to allow lower call costs to customers who currently dial the 0845 equivalents.

FPS has now completed the installation of a new telephone system throughout the company network, enabling the removal of 0845 numbers. By solely utilising local telephone numbers, FPS customers who currently dial the 0845 equivalents can expect lower call costs.

Historically, 0845 telephone numbers allowed for calls to be redirected if an issue occurred. However, with the new phone system now in place, these situations are covered, negating the need for the 0845 solution.

Customers can start taking advantage of lower cost calls immediately, using local telephone numbers. These can be found on the F:Drive or by Clicking Here.
