Its latest offering in the pursuit of innovative products is YoJello® 3D Gel Air Fresheners.
Whilst the air freshener category has continued to be strong, it risks becoming dull and repetitive. There has been a general lack of innovation in recent years and the end-user has experienced little change in the devices offered.
A recent category analysis conducted by Winplus confirmed that the scope to introduce a new and innovative air freshener with broad consumer appeal existed. Based on these findings, Winplus developed YoJello® as a fun family of air fresheners. The product has been designed with character and personality to add a new dimension to the otherwise predictable segment.
The range has been developed to include ‘cartoon’ variants, each with their own back stories, to generate stronger interest that would engage the consumer, create a trend and stimulate the desire to repeat purchase.
YoJello® currently offers two fun characters–Coolio and Sunny. The brand new addition, Eve, will be arriving in February 2015.
Each character is available in four vibrant colours with their own fresh fragrance:

There is a plan to release more characters, colours and fragrances in 2015, as part of ongoing developments.
Unlike most other air fresheners, YoJello® has multiple applications and is a versatile product.
• It sticks to most clean surfaces including glass, tiles, mirrors and dashboards.
• It can be hung from the rear-view mirror in the car or placed anywhere at home or in the office.
• It can also be removed and reapplied up to three times.
• The fragrance lasts up to 60 days.
• All products are non-corrosive, non-toxic and are fully EU and REACH compliant.
Furthermore, the 3D gel does not leave stains on surfaces it is stuck on. However, in extremely hot conditions, it is advisable to wipe the air freshener and the surface with a damp, lint-free cloth, while repositioning the product.
Point of Sale Support
More characters, colours and fragrances are planned for this year. Various merchandising support materials are available that include clip strips, counter displays, free-standing display units, window stickers and shelf wobblers, along with online and print campaigns.
