The Gates Technical Hotline was launched to support all technical queries regarding Gates products and services. Eight months on, this added value service has benefited factors and garages alike and Gates recently celebrated their 2500th caller in July this year.
Acting as the central contact point for all technical concerns, the Gates Technical Hotline greatly enhances Gates’ ability to communicate with all customers and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Many issues are solved on a daily basis, ranging from fitting queries to warranty issues.
The hotline is available Monday – Thursday, 8.30am – 5pm, and Friday 8.30am – 4pm – the number is 0844 980 0062*
The launch of the Gates Technical Hotline comes less than 12 months after the launch of their electronic warranty module. This module allows Gates customers to make paperless, traceable labour claims, increasing the efficiency and processes when making a claim. It also notifies Gates as soon as a claim is made, speeding up the process and ensuring that everything is kept under control from start to finish.
