Ben Hilton has joined the FPS board as Marketing Director; this is a new position within the company. Ben has worked at FPS for almost 11 years, developing the Marketing Team, particularly focusing on our sourcing capabilities and making a great contribution to the evolution of the business.
As part of this progression, Ben will take lead responsibility for Managed Programmes and Operational Marketing Delivery, whilst the Commercial Director, Adrian Parker will retain lead responsibility for Proprietary Brands and Car Care and Accessories.
Dominique Peacock, Head of E-Business at FPS, has now been given the additional responsibility of heading up the Client Services division. Dominique’s knowledge of the aftermarket will ensure that FPS continues to recognise the importance of customer engagement, and in particular how we can further improve processes and interfaces to enhance our performance as a business.
Dominique joined FPS in 2002, effectively leading FPS into the E-Trading environment and placing it at the forefront of industry developments for the last decade.
Managing Director, Neil Davis commented: ‘FPS has developed year on year due to the quality of the people right across the business. Therefore, it is very pleasing to see colleagues who have been part of that success, develop and grow within the company.’
