What you get in return
As an FPS employee, you’ll gain access to a wide-range of benefits, designed to give you a helping hand in your day-to-day life.
We work with Specsavers to offer eye tests and glasses for all of our employees as part of their optical care scheme. Employees gain access to a free eye examination and glasses, or a discount on Specsavers’ more expensive lines.
Our teams’ health is extremely important to us and that’s why we offer all of our employees a free flu vaccination as the winter season approaches. The NHS provides vaccinations to high-risk groups. However, the healthy working population is just as likely to contract the virus and with open-plan offices and crowded public transportation, can be even more exposed. With many of our employees protected against the virus, we are able to reduce the spread of flu.
Thanks to our contract with the network provider, O2, our employees can enjoy a range of discounts on their mobile phone, tablets, and mobile broadband devices.
Cycle To Work*
Our Cycle to Work scheme encourages employees to lead a more active and healthy lifestyle, whilst reducing their carbon footprint. With this fantastic offer, employees can save up to 42% off the price of a bike to help with their daily commute.
* Subject to eligibility (you will need to ensure that with the reductions your pay will not fall below National Living Wage).
A unique benefit available exclusively to all FPS employees is the Employee Purchase Scheme. The nature of our business means that we are able to obtain a wide range of products at preferential prices from our suppliers.
Those preferential prices are available to all FPS employees and their immediate family (subject to the terms of the Scheme) on all purchases.
Employees purchasing goods through this scheme are reminded that all purchases must be paid for within 7 days. Card payments must be made within 3 days to allow time to clear (please note that credit card payments incur a 2% handling fee).
With FPS you can benefit from a flexible personal pension plan to invest for the future. This is arranged with Johnson Fleming our advisors and pension provider Aviva.
If you do not apply then the Government requires all employers to enrol their eligible employees into a workplace pension scheme. This is called auto-enrolment. However, you may opt out of the scheme if you so wish.
