The Board of Directors appoint Dominique Peacock

From 1st July 2016, Dominique Peacock will join our Board of Directors, as Digital Business & Client Services Director.

We are pleased to announce that from 1st July 2016, Dominique Peacock will join our Board of Directors, as Digital Business & Client Services Director.

Since joining FPS in 2002 Dominique has led the company’s involvement in etrading, and ensured our place at the forefront of the industry, with over 70% of orders now placed electronically via our eCommerce platform the F:Drive2 and integrated links with our customers.

During her time with FPS, Dominique has continued to drive innovation and investment in digital projects, setting the strategic direction of our ground-breaking eCommerce site, which was the first of its kind in the automotive aftermarket.

We recently launched the third generation of the F:Drive, bringing customers a number of enhanced features, and allowing for continued development to ensure the site always meets their needs, now and into the future.

In 2013 Dominique also took on responsibility for Client Services, including customer and employee engagement.  As a result she has ensured that we continue to recognise the importance of all our stakeholders, driving development of processes and interfaces to improve performance and partnerships.

Dominique’s appointment to this role at Board level reflects the importance to us of continuing to invest in digital projects and client services initiatives.
