Clutch release bearing (part no. 3151000137)
Clutch bearings are a niche product group for FPS; however an application gap has recently been filled with the introduction of this part for Fiat 500 1.4 (2009-2012). The part covers OE numbers: 46466726, 73501249, 46515184, 55220302 and 7625958.
A clutch release bearing is required to disengage the drive between the rotating clutch and engine with a stationary clutch release fork. The bearing does not rotate until the clutch pedal is depressed and it makes contact with the rotating clutch plate release fingers. Like all bearings, this is a wearable component; sitting in traffic with the clutch pedal held down will reduce the service life of a clutch release bearing, wearing it out faster. Typical symptoms of this are a whirring or whining noise when the clutch pedal is depressed.
The part is catalogued on the F:Drive and MAM Autocat+ under Clutch Friction/Clutch parts–flywheels and available on same/next-day delivery.
Vacuum pump gasket (part no. VP041G)
This new-to-range part has been added to fill a gap in the FPS portfolio and covers popular Ford Transit applications.
The part is now catalogued on both the F:Drive and MAM Autocat+ and can be found via Hydraulics/Brake Hydraulics/Vacuum Pump Gasket. The part is now in stock and available same-day.
